This newly renovated home has been decorated in a fun and stylish mid-century feel which offers a great fresh & fun vibe to fully put you in the vacation mood to enjoy the amenities that Watch Hill offers.

 

Only a short bike ride or walk to the beautiful and varied local beaches, or the quaint Village and harbor of Watch Hill. With several beaches to choose - from the larger & longer East Beach, to the more protected Carousel Beach, to the beautifully scenic Napatree Point Beach - everyone in the family will be able to find 'their' beach!

 

THE SPACE

The newly renovated and decorated Watch Hill home has central air conditioning, four bedrooms, and three full-baths. Bedroom One has (1) King, Bedroom Two has (1) Queen, Bedroom Three has (1) Queen, and Bedroom Four has (2)Double/Full and (2) Trundle beds. Everything in the house has been redone.  The Living Room opens to a large exterior deck facing South. This leads to the dining area and the kitchen. Off the Living Room and the Kitchen is a second Living Room. On the lower level you have a large Family Room with ping-pong and a lounging area. The lower level also has the 4th bedroom with two double beds and two trundle beds.  This is a perfect area to put the children!

BEACH ACCESS

You can walk or ride your bike to either East Beach via Ninigret Avenue, or you can access one of several beaches from the Village of Watch Hill, such as Napatree Beach. We will also provide you with a Watch Hill Fire District parking pass which is required to park in the main/central shopping lot in Watch Hill.  Parking spots are not always available.
